Fatigue and sleepiness can very well due to lifestyle issues and were often supposed so but they may be symptoms of underlying disease. If u go to bed at 9.30 u can get up at 6.30-7.00 but have to try hard. Actually it's habit, not disease,
Habit don't need any treatment so take plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice, butter milk, fresh curd etcto keep your self hydrated so no laziness, fatigue will be there. Try to put alarm, n u can take help from family members.I hope you understand. Ok.
