Fat distribution wrong place
After contacting COVID last year I lost 5 kg unintentionally(muscle too with fat as I looked so I'll )over few months but belly fat was still so  much compared tomy less weight  body as i was sedentary that time only diet was less .over last few months increased diet protien but my breast nd all still so  less and  gained everything over belly only not other parts where I wanted . i m having protien so where I M wrong .i think I have got some disease where I m getting more skinny fat .(only mid section)all hormones are fines no pcos no thyroid sugar etc .it is just fat distribution is wrong.

Gud evening pls kindly share in detail about your lifestyle routine including dietary pattern,exercise for muscle mass gain n if exercise doing wht kind of,r u sleeping proper in night time,do u have stress,how much is your water intake per day.Pls do liver functioning,kidney functioning test n lipid profile test in detail with vitamins deficiency tests.
