My husband 31 year old having fasting sugar 125 and blood pressure is 150/103...which type of test are needed to taken and what should we do now onwards to control np and sugar

He is in prediabetic state.. do a post prandial sugar , urine analysis and a Hba1c.. monitor the Bp for a week.. salt restricted diet

Proper management of blood pressure and borderline diabetes is required... life styles changes also required....apart from this one more test HBA1C is need to be done.... kindly provide salt restriction diet and consult for medication
