Your ECG shows left ventricular hypertrophy, perhaps due to long-standing, uncontrolled, hypertension Your Home BP target should be below 135/85.A good combination medicine will help you to control the BP as well as hypertrophy.glucose levels indicates that you have diabetes, should be confirmed by doing a hba1c
Hello
1. ECG is normal. It is just showing the signs of long standing hypertension.
2. It is common for BP readings to be raised at a clinic due to anxiety.
3. If your not already taking BP medicines, you’ll to start them in consultation with a physician.
4. For sugar levels please get glycosylated Hb level checked. We’ll have to start medicines accordingly.
Your ECG shows that you may have had high blood pressure for sometime and may not have known about it. This is an important finding in your case.
*You will need to see your local doctor to have medications for blood pressure.
*With your blood glucose levels, your target blood pressure will be to get it to less than 130/70 mm Hg
*Also have blood tests done for Renal function tests and Lipid profile
*Have Urine test for microscopy and Urine Albumin-creatinine ratio.
*If you have not had eye check in the last year- have retina checked
*If you have not had feet sensation checked in the last year- have it checked
The way doctors assess these days is we want to reduce risk of heart attacks and stroke. So rather than just focus on blood pressure all other things also need to be done.
*Finally life style changes and regular exercise
All the best.
