False positive fentynal.

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I recently had c-section. 08/12/18. 09/26/18 had horrible stomachs pain. In hospital they said that during c-section my gut was put back twisted. They gave me medicine to clean me out. Resolved problem. Friday I had drug test and said failed for fentynal ??? I don't use fentyal. Why did I fail?
