Facial palse or stroke
My mother's pressure level is 120/80. But she suddenly got facial impairment. She has pain in right ear and doctor suggested it's Bell's Palse. But I am concerned if it's stroke. Please help me out

Hi. Only if there is weakness of the limbs, it may be a part of stoke. If the illness started with a sharp ear pain, do watch out for any rash around the ear. If weakness of half body, upper lower limbs also then it's stroke otherwise it's facial palsy

It’s not a stroke if it’s isolated facial N palsy. When did the deviation and pain begin? The prescription is fine but you should have been given antiviral as well in the form of Acyclovir 800mg three times a day for 1 week OR Valacyclovir 1g BD for 1 week. The remaining medications are fine. Antibiotics (Moxclav) are not required at present
