Facial bumps and lumps

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have flare up of mysterious, painless, flesh colored lumps on my face each lump is no larger in diameter than a pea. The lumps are relatively low and only slightly raised. I always notice it around nightime. They dont ich they arent irritated but they are still alarming. Its typically gone by the next morning so its not acne.
