Hello!
Please consult a psychologist to ascertain the reason of this fear of flights, which wasn't there earlier. The psychologist will help you get to the root cause of the problem and then you can work your way out of it. Meanwhile you will be guided to manage your fear efficiently till it gets resolved. Hearing your issues the psychologist might help you decide if you can take the flight any time soon.

Hi... It appears you are suffering from severe anxiety & panic attacks, and this time it coincidentally occurred at the airport while you were about to board a flight. Since during this panic attack you might be fearing to fly, so you're now thinking that you have a fear of flying. Which I don't think is the case based on what you have shared above. I would suggest you to take a proper consultation by a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist. These conditions can be effectively managed by clinical interventions.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
Consult a Psychiatrist if the frequency and intensity of these attacks are high.
