Sir, spine & muscles surrounding them are extremely important in all day to day activities.
If the health of muscles & tissues adjacent to them is not proper then it will put stress on lumbar vertebra & disc.
Physiotherapist will assess the patient & design a treatment protocol to improve the health of spine & structures surrounding it.

Hi, mostly Patients dont know that physiotherapy is not just treatment it also includes post treatment strength training as well as as follow up for non reoccurring pain.
Continue with the exercises as suggested by the physiotherapist while taking physio sessions, for more exercises or yoga you need to consult in person with nearby physiotherapist, as there are disc bulges and tear, this wont provide proper relief untill it heals completly.
