I have disc bulge at L4-L5 and S1 from 2 months. I have visited 2 physiotherapist and a chiropractor but had no relief. I have pain in my low back and hips. Now from a week I have pain in my front of the thighs (quads) what can be the reason for this can disc bulge pain radiates to the front and I have pain in my upper back also. Have already performed various exercises like Mckenzie's stretch and cat camel and more
What should I do now. Is there any Dr. Stuart McGill practitioner in India ?
One more thing none of these doctors have told me to do any test X-ray or MRI.
