Excessive hairfall and hair thinning

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been hairfall problem with hair thinning, dandruff, itching. About 80% hair has gone from my head. I'm taking the prescription from Dr batra heath care institute from 9 months but hair fall doesn't stop or even reduces. I'm very disappointed from Dr batra's clinic. Please give me the suggestion and suggest medicine so that I can overcome with that problem.
