Both the values that you have put for ESR and CRP fall within the normal' range .
Hence thers nothing to be worried about
Though if you are searching up the net for raised ESR values and causea than I would suggest that you refrain from doing that.
Because ESR Is always interpreted in a clinical context.
This ESR and CRP are totally normal.

You don't really have to worry if CRP and ESR are increased for a shorter while, get your CPB, CUE, ESR AND CRP repeat and alos inform if you have any health issues, maybe u have a simple throat infection or urine infection or something else
