Today I went to a lab and underwent a basic health test to check my glucose levels as they were elevated last time and this time it came as normal but one of the vitals known as ESR came to 40 with ranges being 0-15 I have no idea what this is and have never consulted a doctor. Is it alarming?
(Note: I've been experiencing cold, cough,
runny nose and sore throat for a week)
