Escitalopram
I was prescribed escitalopram for depression After taking escitalopram i get sleep I want to know how many days will i get sleep like this? Or is it permanent after taking escitalopram sleep?

Grogginess is common after Escitalopram and should reduce and disappear in 2 weeks. If it persists the medication needs to be changed. Consult an astute psychiatrist for the same. Good luck

Initially more then less But yeah it will definitely make you little relaxed so take it at bedtime Half an hour before you want to sleep and don’t do anything on it and wake up and put your face in ice That should help Also use art And walk in grass Smile. Lot

Escitalopram helps decrease anxiety, excessive worry, low mood eventually improving sleep and appetite Ideally it’s prescribed for 6 months to 1 year However the best opinion for how long the meds need to be taken will be given by your treating psychiatrist
