ENT throat pain n fever

Hi, I have been having terrible throat pain for 2 days. It started as not much but just a sore throat, but became quite a lot last night. I had slight body ache and running nose as well today morning. And, it felt like I'm getting down with fever. Suggest medicines?

It seems you have viral URTI. Take rest for 3 days, take plenty of oral fluids, gurgle with luke warm saline and take paracetamol tab. twice daily for 3 days. If not improved after 3 days you should see a physician.
