Endometriosis cyst in ovary
She is 27 years old and in ultrasound found 4x4.6 cm cyst in right ovary. Have severe pain for 10-15 min 5 days before and after periods cycle. Is this cure by medicine or surgery, please suggest how severe is this?

if trying to conceive then go for surgery.
if not then go for tablets for 3 months.but see for any increase in size in and followup
