That's not uncommon after a series of vitamin B12 injections, the level should be normal gradually.

Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin which means that it will eventually be removed from your body via urine. There is no need to panic immediately, however a blood test for B12 levels is advised after one week again to check if the levels are coming down.

Hello, Please do not worry. Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin and gets excreted via urine. Firstly stop any vitamin B12 related supplements or injections that you maybe taking. Then increase your water intake. Recheck the values after 2 weeks. Do not restart vitamin B12 and after one month you can check values again and if needed just take maintenance doses after consulting with a physician.
