Elevated total IgE
I got my general blood check up done wherein most parameters are normal. CBC is normal. Total IgE is 282. I don't have any kind of symptoms, only itching scalp and itchy ears. Is there any advanced tests that I should do ? Can high IgE cause problems? I too have acid reflux issues which is currently under treatment.

Serum IgE high indicates allergy. Need detail physical evaluation before opting for further tests.
