Effusion in right knee
I have pain in right knee since last 3 months; earlier took homeopathic medicines but it didn't help so I consulted an orthopaedic 2 months back. He suggested for mri which showed swelling n fluid accumulation, based on this he advised medicines n gel. Post few days advised for exercises. It helped initially but again started paining. Pls suggest.

Fluid accumulation occurs due to a problem in the knee. There may be a tear of the cartilage, there may be other wear and tear. Please upload your MRI scan report to get better advice.
