Eating Banna Before Sleep🍌
My friend recently told me it's not good to consume Banana before one goes to sleep. I usually eat banana before sleep and I see no issues. Will it have long run effect on me ? Also this is kind of the frequent dilemma people face what to consume when (breakfast, lunch, dinner, before sleep) please point out if you have any suggestions.
