Sir/ Ma'am, feeling left ear pressure and blocked sometimes since 1month almost. Sometimes ear pain also. I have vocal nodule history previously. When I speak loudly feel throat pain. How to get rid from this problem ( ear pressure specially)

Ear pressure and blockage can be due to multiple reasons. Better to get assessed by nearby ENT to treat according to cause. For vocal issues, avoid voice abuse. Use microphone if your occupation requires you to speak loudly. Take steam inhalation. Avoid acidity/reflux.
