Since yesterday night whole night my 6 yr old daughter complaing of ear pain... already we put ear drops of dewax and clearwax

As per your description.. earache might be due to a change acute otitis media..give her paracetamol suspension for pain relief.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
