Ear pain, mild hearing loss and leakage

Asked for Male, 14 Years

I have had ear pain, hearing loss and leakage for 2 weeks, then last week the pain subsided and i can hear clearly, then 3 days ago i cleaned the fluid with a q tip and some dried fluid stuck on the q tip, then i did it again with the intention of getting it out, it pushed it in the ear witch caused it to be clogged again and hurts alot
