Three years ago I got knee pain in left knee after running.i have taken homeo in this gap doctor gave me ruta .In this 3 years it neither decrease or increase.I have taken MRI last month 1.mild edema and thickening in ACL 2.grade 1 chondromalacia patella But orthopedic said he didn't find any ligament thickening and knee is normal .But ifeelpain

Ligament thickening is only a Mri finding and cannot be made ok clinically..chondromalacia Patella is a clinical finding and can be corrected with exercises which may be the cause of your knee pain..
