Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5 days before meals
Chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
Apply Metrohex DG gel thrice daily on swollen gums for 5 days
☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV

Take course::
Tab moxiclav 625mg twice daily for 3days
Tab zerodol sp twice daily for 3days
Tab chymoral forte twice daily (if swelling if excessive)
Tab pantop d (morning empty stomach)
Don't do any compression n packs
Gum swelling during wisdom tooth eruption is common.
Home Remedy: Rinse with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt (2-3 times/day) for 7 days.
Rx:
1.) Tab. Enzoflam (2 times/day for 3 days)
2.) Metrogyl DG gel ( Apply on the gum & leave for 5 minutes & then rinse)
3.) Betadine gargles (2 times/day for 5 days)
