Previously I had fungal infection,but now it has gone, but skin over their had become dry,black,scaly, itchy. Doctor prescribed creams but then also skin same like above o told.so please recommend any adequate treatment plan or suggestions

You still have little fungal infection left, you may have taken a fungistatic medicine which only stops the growth of the fungal, Not killing it.
Along with it you would be scratching mainly in evenings or when you go to bed.
