Having dry cough post recovery from covid.. Cough syrup didn't help.. Still continue to have. Please suggest

Is it wet or dry cough?? Take Luke warm water gargle. Take steam inhalation. Take Syrup. Bro-Zedex 2tsp 3 times a day.
