Dry Cough from last 1 month & cheat pain

Dear , My wife is suffering from cough from last 1 month bt cough is not going to recover. She patient of asthma also bt now a days asthma is in normal condition bt problem is cough . While continue cough chest pain is also occurred. She use these 2 medicine bt not well so plz suggest me for her proper wealth so that she recover . Thanks for your valuable suggestions.
