I am having dry cough for more than a week , sometime mild fever and body pain. At office in centrlized AC it is getting aggravated.

Dear patient, U can take tablet paracetamol 500mg twice a day for 2 daz.. U can take Tus -Q lozenges for your dry cough.. If the symptoms persist even after taking the tablets consult a doctor for further management.
