Hi , am having cough and cold since last 3 days . Have tried warm water salt gargle but it's of no help now . The cough seems to be dry getting I have been profusely coughing since morning . Don't think I have fever . Seems like a regular cough and cold . Pls suggest some medicines for urgent relief
