Dog bite vaccine
On 25 night my dog bite me and i take 0,3,7 day anti rabies vaccine + 0 day T.T ninjection also. My Doctor says now in india we will give only 4 dose of anti rabies vaccine 0,3,7,28 but i search on internet it say 5 dose required 0,3,7,14,28. can somebody suggest me

According to government setup they are practicing 0,3,7,28  total 4 dose recommended by Indian government According to private setup they are practicing 0,3,7,14,28 total 5 dose recommended by world health organization (WHO)   WHO also recommends 4doses regimen also .. Therefore India government  recommends 4 dose regimen  (day0,3,7,28) World health organization recommended both 5 dose regimen  (day 0,3,7,14,28) and 4 dose regimen also (day 0,3,7,14,28)   No difference in it ..so don't worry ..I you get vaccine correctly  it's enough...stay safe and Happy Thank u
