Disparity in what doctor told & internet
I have PCOS and kidney stone, and my doctor recommended me some homeo med, exercises and asked me to stop having milk/caffeine/meat products completely. But research showed me some articles and journals recommend to intake calcium rich food including milk and meat. Is my doc correct or is the articles right? I am confused.

Hi There! I completely understand your concern but when it comes to nutrition guidance a dietician can guide you in much better way & i am glad that you took this step. Definitely a balance diet is recommended so that you don't face any nutrition deficiency which can later on invite more health issues. Before any suggestion few factors need to be noted like your weight etc as currently there is combinations health issues.
