Digestive problem
Hi last night I went to hotel and eat misal pav and after that at night suddenly there is pain in my stomach too much gas and after that loose motion also . Please suggest me some medicine for this problem is it because of acidity ? Still I have stomach pain and loose motion of the day are 4 to 5 time . Please help me
