My period is missed by two days had my homemade pregnancy test but turned negative. I am on very strict diet I only eat 1 bowl pulse in morning, 1 apple in lunch and tomato soup in dinner. I don't know do I need to continue this diet because if I am pregnent it might not healthy to follow this diet. Pls guide
