Hello practo User It  is not easy to gain muscle. It include various factor . Workout . Diet include not only cabs and protein but an healthy fat. . Balancing your stress . Balancing your hormones especially    cortisol ,growth hormone and testosterone And many more Secondly , when ever you are on muscle gain diet ,go for a uric acid test once in month  and also kidney function test. To make  show that the diet is not affecting your health parameter and organ.
