I am currently running 8 km in 60 min and burning almost 850 kcal .from next week i will run 16 km in 2 hr.
please suggest my diet chart and any vitamins or any supplements.

Well balanced diet, daily take chyawan prash with milk and nuts, seeds, dry fruits , fresh dates, and milk shake made of banana and almond are all very helpful if taken on an empty stomach upon waking...helpful in giving strength and stamina..and physical activities are helpful in giving required power and stamina..
