Than green tea .lunch I take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with half plate salad
Evening go ground and do running 3 km in evening go zyming and completing 1 hours in zym I came back take greentea and after 40 min I take my dinner 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with 1 boiled egg Whites according to u plz tell me what will be it my actual weight Which will be good and not again gained weight
And also can I have some juices like beetroot carrot mix juice it will not gained weight na
