Hi,
Colic pain occurs in new horns until the first 3-4 months of age.
Burp your baby after every feed.
Sometimes foods that you eat like cauliflower, cabbage, mushroom, broccoli, milk, cheese, spicy foods, eggs, aerated beverages and caffeine can cause discomfort to your little one.
Observe for symptoms in your baby if you eat these foods and eliminate them.
Next Steps
If you need a balanced diet while lactating, please get in touch.
Health Tips
