My baby 4 and half month old. my baby has diarrhea. motion pass green color and watery. so which medicine is best to give to my infant. is it safe to give OFM to my infant to cure diarrhea?

It is unfortunately coming for indefinite use of oral antibiotics for all diarrhoea illness. Good care is to monitor and only consider antibiotics if - blood in stools, fever with diarrhoea or if a stool sample shows evidence of bacterial infection. So to answer your question about OFM- hold off. You could start probiotic of choice, more frequent breast feeding to continue and monitor activity and urine output
