Diabetes treatment
My mother (age: 66) is diagnosed with Diabetes. She is also suffering from  Osteoporosis (knee) since the last 10 years. If she walks for more than 10 minutes, she has an unbearable pain in her knees and legs. Also she cannot climb stairs. In such a situation, how can we enable her to exercise and control her sugar levels? Is exercise important? What treatments can we do for her? Please advise.

Sir you may require to consult a Orthopedic for her unbearable knee pain. It could be due to OA. For uncontrolled diabetes please check her FBS PPBS HbA1c and creatinine. You can consult with me or any Diabetologist on practo for sugar management.
