Taking olanzapine from Feb 25 symptoms of diabetes from 01 july diagnosed with dka and diabetes 03 October Before 01 July weight was 87kg. 03 October weight was 75.6kg 30 October 80.7kg Now 79.6kg As per 06 oct 2025 Blood test Report - 1. c peptide 0.33 ng/ml, 2. hba1c 14%, 3. negative gad65, means not type 1 diabetes 4. beta cell function 6.1%, 5. fasting sugar 441 mg/dl, 6. insulin sensitivity 122.8% means I am not Insulin resistant and not type 2 diabetes 7.homa ir index 0.81, means I am not Insulin resistant and not type 2 diabetes 8. keton present. 9. Arterial blood ph 7.16 . 04 October lispro 14-14-10 then reduced to 10-10-6 then 6-6-4 then stopped completely from 17 oct. Currently blood sugar is in normal range. Stopped olanzapine from 04 nov . Started metformin 1G twice a day with vildagliptin since 20 Oct. Insulin degludec 20 units from  04 Oct then 24 then reduced to 20 then 14 from 05 nov then 10 now on 08 units per day. is complete remission possible
