Diabetic diet and exercise is the first treatment modality for individual with diabetes. So treatment starts from life style modification and after that medications comes. Initially monotherapy with low dosage is started and gradually dosage and medications are increased based on blood sugar levels. So consult to an endocrinologist.

Post-meal sugar >300 mg/dL means his diabetes is poorly controlled. Tablets alone may not be enough now. Stress, irregular meals, lack of activity, wrong diet, missed doses, or inadequate drug dose can all cause this. He needs treatment escalation, not just lifestyle advice.
Next Steps
1. Consult a physician/diabetologist urgently – dose adjustment or adding insulin may be required. 2. Do tests: HbA1c, fasting & PP sugar, kidney function, lipid profile. 3. Review current medicines, timing, and adherence. 4. Start simple daily activity (10–15 min walk after meals if busy). 5. Strict diet control: avoid sugar, sweets, juices, rice excess, bakery items, soft drinks. Can connect me on whats app 7zero 7zero 7four 7five 7six
Health Tips
• Persistent sugars >300 mg/dL can lead to serious complications (infection, kidney/eye damage). • Do not delay insulin if advised—it is safe and often temporary. • Avoid self-medication or frequent medicine changes without doctor advice. • Monitor sugar regularly and maintain a log.
