Diabetes treatment
Hi My husband had blood test. He has fasting sugar 198 and glucose post prandial 263. His hba1c is 9.95. Creatinine is 0.7. Please suggest some good medicines. Thanks

:- one teaspoon triflachuran soaked in water for whole night and in another glass socked methi dana one teaspoon in one glass water for whole night then in in early morning when awake then first Drink half glass of normal water then after 15 minute drink trifla water and after thar 20 minute drink methi water and chew that methi dana. Do this process regular for three months. :- second monitor sugar level fasting or after breakfast once in a week :- take two tablet of geloy ghan  vati after breakfast :- two tablet of madhu nashini after dinner Avoid sugar and sweets :- Do yoga daily one is alom vilom and kapalbhati And mandook asan .do this at least for 30 minute :- please share his Bp

HbA1c levels are quite high. Need some more history for proper medication.  Only hypoglycemic medication will be a temporary solution.

It's Diabetic state. Blood sugar control is very important. Avoid sugar in diet . Also carbohydrates in meal. Jambasav is very effective for blood sugar level control. Exercise is very important. Proper diabetic diet ( i.e-  without sugar ) + Exercise + medicine will control the blood sugar levels

Please consult an ayurveda physician in person. Strict diet control is mandatory since HbA1C levels are high.As home remedies he can include 4 amlas in diet regularly. Even fresh amla juice with 3 pinch turmeric is helpful.Does he have any family history? If not then high stress levels can also trigger diabetes at young age. Do some regular exercises, yoga to keep stress under control.
