I am diagnosed with diabetes. It is 294. I am very upset. Microalbumin us 381. I m shattered. Can I reverse all these.nd get back to normal Please help me.

Hi Sorry to hear about your concerns yes, sugar is high , but it can be controlled. Microalbumin can be reversed though. But it needs some work put in from your side and appropriate treatment from the doctor.
