It's anxiety. I feel it so much. I get hyper and start overthinking even on the minor things. Now a days it has increased too much. Even the smallest of things or words said by them hurt me hard. I keep on thinking and analysing everything. I start crying while overthinking. I lock myself in bathroom and beat myself. I find it difficult to breathe at times. I feel so helpless and burdened. Many a times, the thought of killing myself comes to mind. It's exasperating. What I'm supposed to do? Please help.
