Hi, Daxid ( sertaline) is safely used in patients of hypertension. In fact it is the medicine of choice for heart patients with various disease conditions. As far as for glaucoma is concerned it is more likely to cause an attack mostly in elderly and predisposed individuals. More over it's not commonly seen as side effect in most of those who are  prescribed even for longer time.
