Headache due to high blood pressure
Since Last 2 weeks my BP is 150 to 180/90 to 110. Headaches dizziness Heavy breathing, no power in body sometimes in a day. I am on bp medication. I had blood creatine TSh test which are normal. When I am alone I am best else I get carried away. I can't stand near people. I also have blurry vision due to this. Some people had put fear in me. Though they are not with me now, I feel other people would do the same sometimes. Also in night gets dream of women in sleep though I don't sex or watch porn and think of adultery in any form. My diet is balanced but had weight loss of 8kgs.

Definitely you need to control your BP with medication adjustment. That part can be advised if you mention which medication ur taking currently. Coming to bad dreams also called as night mares can be managed with T. Clonotril 0.5 mg at bed time. Tgw recent with Loss may indicates  you may have  depression and anxiey. We may consider further discussion in details.  you may need to elaborate more about your current condition. You may chat with me for further elaboration of symptoms.
