Depression, anxiety?
Ive had depression and anxiety (self diagnosed) for the last ten years bit only lately I have felt scattered and unfocussed and the smallest setbacks make me think that life isn't worth it. I'm going through some issues re: my relationships right now and it's taking a toll on me mentally. Please help.
