I was suffering from depression an
d anxiety from oct to january in which i was afraid to either socialise or go out from my house but as of now now things have improved from last two months and i hav started to socialise and go out from my house.but still i hav fear in my mind and post 3 months i find a completly new feeling while socialising and hanging out with my friends..
i just wanted to know how long does it take to be completely stress free and low anxiety feeling..
