Depression and anxiety
I have been suffering from depression and anxiety since past 4 years. I feel myself perplexed and feared when I m alone. Last 4 years I cannot travel alone due to fear. Shorten breathing, head heaviness, high blood pressure ,irregular thoughts and anger are the symptoms arises when I depress. Disturbed digestion leads above problems very high. What I need to do exactly. Plz suggest me.

U have anxiety disorder with phobia.U need to relax urself Consult a homoeopathic doctor and tell in details about ur problems. Continue the treatment with proper follow up. Consult a psychologist for counselling sessions and psychotherapy to learn how to deal worse situation in life.
